Africa Youth Development Association (AYODA) has been operating effectively in Somaliland for the last 19 years with the cooperation of UN, INGOs, LNGOs, Government authorities and communities
AYODA’s head office is located in Borama Sheikh Osman West of Rays Hotel and its sub-office is located in Hargeisa Jigiga Yar North of Gabllea garage
AYODA has sufficient experienced human resource in both program and financial management, AYODA has experienced professionals about designing and implementation of different projects from Emergency to development programs All AYODA’s staff hails from within Somaliland. AYODA has been implementing UNICEF’s WASH activities since 2014 and has successfully completed all deliverables in all projects
The organization has competent staff that was trained by UNICEF, Ministry of Water and Ministry of Health on all activities related to water, sanitation and hygiene
AYODA in partnership with UNICEF and Ministry of Water Development has been engaging & implementing different WASH programs in all regions of Somaliland effectively and it has good knowledge of the local context as well as good relations with local communities, governance authorities and humanitarian and development agencies
The partner will also be able to provide significant contribution to this partnership program which is to be implemented as part of UNICEF’s L2 emergency response program.
