The Horn of Africa Voluntary Youth Committee (HAVOYOCO) was founded as a Non-Governmental Organization in 1992.
HAVOYOCO was created by the youth of Hargeisa to help the vulnerable people, based on the philosophy that it is the community itself who can best create sustainable solutions to their problems.
