Somali Social Forum (SSF)

Somali Social Forum (SSF) is a not for profit Non- governmental organization
The organization was started in February 2010 by concerned Somali citizens from different parts of the world. SSF is an umbrella body with the aim of advocating and championing youth rights, and spearheading youth development programs and welfare. At SSF we are guided by the belief that the youth are a very important and active component of society and through them we can transform the entire society for the better
Our calling and responsibility therefore is to create and implement social policies and programmer for the betterment of the youth and by extension, the entire society
We empower the youth, as well as advocate for and safeguard their rights and welfare. In response to the huge war related problems facing the youth and the general population in Somalia today, SSF engages the youth in various activities aimed at aiding in the reconstruction and healing of the country and making it a better place for the current and future generations
