FUNDAMENTALS OF MANAGING THE PEOPLE
COURSE OVERVIEW
This introductory course of human resource management training provides essentials and an overview of the roles and functions of the HR professions in workplaces. Itβs designed for HR professionals, future HR professionals, and non-HR professionals to enhance their knowledge about the interaction and effective management of people they work with or for. The participants will explore the core activities of managing people, ranging from workforce planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, handling employee challenges, and the like. During the course, the participants will be equipped with forms/tools that are essential for day-to-day HR administration activities.
