JOB DESCRIPTION

1.       Constant vigilance of site operations and premises 2.       Assign and allocate duties to all guards and report to the security manager for any changes made. 3.       Maintain all documents and key systems to legal and Company requirements. 4.       Recommend improvements in surveillance, security, and fire systems. 5.       Review, quickly and thoroughly, any incidents with the intention of preventing re-occurrences. 6.       Train and supervise the Security Team, organize work schedules, and ensure all policies are followed. 7.       Conduct regular briefings with the Security Team 8.       Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tempering. 9.       Compile the daily reports on activities and irregularities, (movement of vehicles and personnel, equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences) received from the security guards. 10.   Respond to emergency situations with a sense of urgency and maintain an open communication flow with management staff. 11.   Support the Security Manager in building a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety and cyber security policies. 12.   Review existing security measures and update protocols as needed. 13.   Overseeing the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvement. 14.   Fostering a culture of physical and digital security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel. 15.   Managing, evaluating, and resolving any physical or digital security incidents or breaches. 16.   Ensuring that the company's security policies comply with national laws and legislation. 17.   Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1.      PHYSICAL FITNESS AND WELL SECURITY TRAINED

2.      Minimum Degree of management

3.      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

4.      Willingness and ability to work weekends if needed.

5.      Current first aid certificate

6.      Clean Criminal Record (Recent Criminal Record Certificate
