Berbera Cement Company Is A Limited Liability Company Owned By Somaliland Business Companies, Almost 60 Companies From Somaliland Are Part Of This Company, Their main aim is to build a brand new plant in a place adjacent to the old factory, We Have Completed All The Necessary Research And Now Berbera Cement Company decided to Construct a new Plant With a 2000 Tpd Cement And 1500 Tpd Clinker Capacity..

For The Past Few Years, The Project Sponsors Have Been Researching The Viability Of Building A Cement Factory In Berbera. Our Main Goal Is To Construct A Modern Cement Plant Around The Site Of The Previous Berbera Cement Plant. This Year, We Want To Start The Project As Soon As Possible, Therefore We Are Presently In The First Round Of Looking For Key Personnel Who Will Work On It Directly.

• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive The Engineering For The Project Across The Organization, Through The Engineering Co- Coordinators Designated For Each Department.
• Identify & Implement Value Engineering Initiatives During The Detailed Engineering Stage.
• Ensure Timely Execution Of Engineering Activities As Per Project Timelines.
• Co-Ordinate With And Efficiently Manage Client Expectations For Each Departments Project.
• Co-Ordinate With External Stakeholders, Especially Engineering Specialists & Agencies If Any, For Timely Completion Of Deliverables & Tasks As Planned.
• Co-Ordinate With Internal Stakeholders Including The Procurement & Construction Teams To Ensure Consistent Understanding Throughout The Project Team Of The Technical Requirements For Different Scopes Of Work.
• Support The Execution Teams On Any Technical Challenges In This Respect By An Effective Problem-Solving Approach
• Manage All Engineering Documentation Required Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
• Drive The Design & Engineering Requirements For Such Contracts & Coordinate With The Product Supplies & Services Teams.
