Middle School Principal (Grades 5–8)

The Middle School Principal serves as school and educational leader, responsible for development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of a comprehensive program of educational and student services in accordance with Burao Academy’s vision, policies, and procedures.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Takes responsibility for students’ discipline learning and achievements.

·         Lead and manage Burao Academy admission process and provide parents and the prospective students with information about the entrance exam and the admission process as a whole.

·         Ensures the effective delivery of an instructional program that meets the needs of all Burao Academy Middle School students and provides recommendations and feedback on lesson planning prior to delivering to students. 

·         Provides leadership to the faculty in the ongoing process of evaluating the effectiveness and directing the improvement of educational programming. 

·         Organizes and supervises student leadership development clubs/programs.

 



Skills and qualifications

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of educational leadership experience
