Job description
WWC Global is seeking a Senior Management Analyst for an immediate opening on a Department of Defense contract at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. The individual will serve in a role supporting strategy and future planning activities for the U.S. Navy at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. Candidates need a basic understanding of the organizational structure of the Department of Defense, and previous experience supporting the U.S. Navy is preferred.
This is a short term, 6 month assignment with a possible extension. On-base or alternative housing and vehicle provided.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Collect, synthesize, and analyze monthly data related to Installation operational activity.
- Organize data calls and use data analysis and aggregation to prepare and provide monthly updates, Installation reports, taskers, and requests for information.
- Prepare written updates and briefings for presentation to senior government and military personnel based on information and data collected and analyzed.
- Assist with strategic communication to facilitate cooperation, conflict resolution, and transparency between leadership at Installation, Region, tenant command, headquarters, and other related entities.
- Support strategic plan development at Installation and Region levels.
- Provide specific recommendations and revisions to improve strategic planning and execution on a quarterly basis.
Housing allowance and a vehicle will be provided.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
- Ability to work in remote and rural environments.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle in environments including city, highway, and rural roads CONUS and OCONUS.
Travel:
- 0-10% / Minimal travel.

Skills and qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Current, active Interim Secret clearance or higher.
- 7 years experience with data collection and analysis, information reporting, communication facilitation, strategic planning, or strategic integration.
- Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current, active Secret security clearance.
- Experience working with the U.S. Navy.
- Experience working as an Action Officer for the U.S. Government.
