JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced technician to efficiently undertake service and minor repair of electrical systems, plumbing, installation and repair of satellite TV service, AC, masonry and minor tiling works.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all electrical installations are in serviceable condition at all times. This includes but not limited to the following:

• Maintenance of all electrical installations;
• Minor repair of all electrical installations;
• Replacement of bulbs;
• Minor electrical cabling works;
• Servicing of air conditioners (AC) on a quarterly basis.
• Install, maintain and repair water pipes and drainage system
• Periodic inspection for repair and maintenance works if required.
• Minor service and maintenance of the generators as per schedule

• Diploma in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, AC & TV maintenance or equivalent is mandatory
• High school certificate is an advantage

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of Six (6) years of experience in plumbing, electrical, TV, AC, carpentry and generator maintenance.
