Job Description:
The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing different marketing strategies that meet Amal Real Estate & Construction’s objectives. This role requires someone who is creative, driven and passionate about marketing. Amal Real Estate and Construction is in the business of building and selling high end properties and building materials, the right candidate will be responsible for managing all Amal Real Estate and Construction marketing from homes sales, product sales to rentals. The right candidate will be proficient in print and e-marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and implementing different Marketing strategies and campaigns
- Organising print and digital marketing materials
- Building and maintaining working relationships with customers and clients
- Monitoring and updating website and social media content
- Working with media team to generate suitable marketing content
- Keeping social calendar and regularly updating with ideas
- Coordinating marketing events and photoshoots
- Organising site inspections and visits with potential buyers
- Handling all Amal Real Estate and Construction advertising
- Working with customer care to ensure all resources are available for clients
- Communicating product details and information to clients
- Proactively working towards the sales of houses and products
- Working with customer care and finance team to ensure buyer information is complete and correctly completed on forms before submission
- Ensure sales team car is well maintained and readily available for clients
- Regularly report on sales performance and progress
- Meet personal KPI and ensure sales team is also meeting KPI
Skills and qualifications
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communication or relevant field
- Proven working experience in Sales and Marketing with a minimum of 7 years experience – Real Estate experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiar with online marketing, seo and social media platform insight analysis
- Report writing skills
- Time management, leadership and organization skill
- Driving License
