Primary School Teachers (Grade 1–8)

Position Summary

Primary School Teachers are responsible for delivering quality instruction to students in Grades 1–8, promoting academic excellence, and supporting students’ overall development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective classroom instruction.
• Assess and evaluate student performance regularly.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Support students’ academic and personal development.
• Prepare examinations, assignments, and progress reports.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school administration.
• Use appropriate teaching methods and educational resources.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Education or relevant subject area.
• Teaching experience in primary school is preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student learning and professional ethics.
