Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and validate detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for optimization and automation using tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and system design documents for development teams.
• Perform data analysis using SQL queries and advanced Excel functions to support decision-making, identify trends, and validate solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA engineers throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Design and execute test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and gather feedback to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation including process flows, data models, requirements traceability matrices, and training materials.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and alignment on project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Familiarity with various project management and requirements management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
• CBAP, CCBA, or other relevant business analysis certifications are preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, BRDs, functional specifications).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice-versa.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful dashboards and reports.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills, capable of leading discussions and building consensus among diverse groups.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
