Job description
These responsibilities involve achieving the following tasks:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product & service features.
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- ‘Go the extra mile’ to drive sales.
- Remain knowledgeable on products & services offered & discuss available options.
- Cross Sell products & service.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., Planning marketing Activities and campaigns).
- Managing all marketing and sales activities for the organization within the marketing department.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing policies.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create and train sales qualification process
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews
- Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
- Coach your salespeople to use the process and achieve the vision
- Monitor the achievement of sales targets
- Provide feedback and rewards
- Implement performance plans according to company procedure
- Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
- Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives
Skills and qualifications
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree; business, economics, or marketing major preferred
Experience Requirements
- 1- 2 years in a sales and marketing role
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skill
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting - know Excel forward and back
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
