         INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSULTANCY

Somaliland Nursing and Midwifery Association (SLNMA) is seeking a consultant(s) to develop, Midwifery guidelines and protocol, Midwifery Ethics, supportive supervision plan for Midwifery Schools.

SOMALILAND NURSING AND MIDWIFERY ASSOCIATION (SLNMA) HEREBY INVITES INTERESTED CONSULTANTS TO BID FOR THE CONSULTANCY ASSIGNMENT DETAILED BELOW.

Applicants can apply for one posting consultancy or more in all.

DURATION OF THE CONSULTANCY

It is anticipated that the assessment and services will take 35 days from the date of signing the Contract.  The assignment will start on after 25th November 2022 to December 31st 2022.        

We invite interested consultant to submit the following application documents:

1. University degree minimum, Master’s Degree in Health science preferable
2. Expression of interest
3. Technical proposal including proposed activities schedule/work plan with time frame
4. Budget (Each consultancy costs)
5. CV of applicant individual/firm
6. An example of previous similar work
7. Minimum 5 years’ experience in guidelines, protocols, curriculums developments
8. Demonstrable expertise in developing Midwifery guideline, protocols, curriculums, plans
9. Thematic expertise on training Nurses and Midwifes students in all regions
10. Thematic training of educators of all training institutions on the use of the reference books students.
11. Evidence of successful collaboration with Ministries, Universities and University educators, including SLNMA
