Position Overview
The Construction Operations Ofcer will oversee, coordinate, and manage the day-to-day construction activities across Aleel Real Estate projects. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, at the highest quality standards, and in compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee day-to-day construction operations across all active sites.
● Coordinate efectively between project managers, engineers, suppliers, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
● Prepare, review, and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifcations, designs, and construction documents.
● Develop, review, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, aligning with strategic objectives.
● Monitor project progress, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
● Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental regulations across all sites.
● Supervise site operations to ensure safety, efciency, and workmanship quality.
● Provide technical oversight with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in surveying instruments (Leveling, Total Station, etc.).
● Prepare accurate and timely progress reports, documentation, and project updates for management.
● Supervise site teams and contractors, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
● Conduct site inspections to verify construction progress and quality
Operational Oversight
● Manage procurement of construction materials and equipment in coordination with the supply chain team.
● Monitor inventory, warehouse storage, and utilization of construction resources.
● Ensure contractors follow company standards on HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
● Support contract administration, including performance monitoring of subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers.

Maintenance & Preventive Planning
● Establish and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for completed facilities.
● Ensure efcient resource allocation to optimize project delivery and operational outcomes.
Reporting & Documentation
● Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports.
● Provide technical input and recommendations to management to support informed decision-making.
● Maintain updated records of project documentation, including drawings, approvals, and permits.
Coordination
● Act as the focal point between the company, contractor teams, consultants, and suppliers.
● Lead project-related meetings, including kick-of meetings, progress reviews, and site safety briefngs.
● Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
Skills and qualifications
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction operations or site management
● Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
● Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
● Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
