Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

•       Performing risk, value management, and cost control.

•       Advising on procurement strategy.

•       Identifying, analyzing, and developing responses to commercial risks.

•       Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders.

•       Allocating work to subcontractors.

•       Providing advice on contractual claims.

•       Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.

•       Valuing completed work and arranging payments.

•       Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use.

•       Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

•       Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

•       Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

•       Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

•       Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD).

•       Strong communication and negotiation skills.

•       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
