Job Description:
The admin and finance officer will be responsible for performing a variety of financial and administrative duties. Responsible for strategizing on and planning for financial goals by working daily to achieve and maintain the financial health of our organization. Admin and finance officer will maintain accurate records and is required to remain compliant with all laws and company policies at all times.
Job Duties:
Financial duties include:
Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Review and process reimbursements.
Prepare and submit payroll.
Create financial and inventory reports.
Administrative duties may include:
Front desk customer service, including answering phones and greeting guests.
Manage schedules for appointments and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with customers, clients, team members, and management.
Develop and maintain administrative processes.
Skills and qualifications
University Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
Minimum one year working experience.
Knowledge and experience of working on accounting software will be an advantage.
Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes
Detail oriented, accountability, task prioritizing skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a stressful environment.
