 JOB DESCRIPTIONS & RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

1. Staff Nurses – 5 Positions

Position: Staff Nurse
Number of Positions: 5

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree or recognized Diploma in Nursing.
* Minimum 3 years of professional nursing experience.
* Valid professional nursing license/registration.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good patient-care and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in shifts and a busy clinical environment.
* Good documentation and reporting skills.
* Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

2. Dialysis Nurses – 2 Positions

Position: Dialysis Nurse
Number of Positions: 2

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree or recognized Diploma in Nursing.
* Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
* Previous dialysis/renal-care experience is strongly preferred.
* Valid professional nursing license/registration.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of patient monitoring and infection control.
* Ability to manage emergencies and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare patients and dialysis machines before treatment.
* Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
* Monitor vital signs and recognize complications promptly.
* Follow dialysis safety, infection-control, and clinical protocols.
* Maintain accurate dialysis treatment records.
* Provide patient education regarding dialysis care and follow-up.
* Coordinate with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety of the dialysis unit.

3. Medical Receptionists – 2 Positions

Position: Medical Receptionist
Number of Positions: 2

Minimum Requirements:

* Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Previous medical/hospital experience or medical background required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good computer skills and ability to use hospital/registration systems.
* Good English and Somali communication skills.
* Professional, organized, and patient-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and register patients professionally.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits.
* Manage patient registration and basic administrative records.
* Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, nurses, and departments.
* Handle billing, payments, receipts, and basic financial documentation when required.
* Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
* Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
* Support daily administrative operations of the center.

4. Pharmacy Organizer / Coordinator – 1 Position

Position: Pharmacy Organizer / Coordinator
Number of Positions: 1

Minimum Requirements:

* Relevant qualification in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Management, Health Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
* Strong organizational and inventory-management skills.
* Good computer skills and ability to work with pharmacy/inventory systems.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and stock documentation.
* Experience with purchasing, procurement, or pharmacy stock management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily pharmacy operations and organization.
* Monitor medication and medical-supply inventory.
* Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement requests.
* Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch numbers.
* Receive, organize, and document medicines and supplies.
* Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records.
* Coordinate with suppliers and relevant hospital departments.
* Ensure proper storage and organization of medicines according to applicable requirements.
* Prepare regular pharmacy stock and purchasing reports.
* Support efficient and cost-effective pharmacy operations.

Skills and qualifications

5. Radiographer – 1 Position

Position: Radiographer / Medical Imaging Technologist
Number of Positions: 1

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree or recognized qualification in Radiography / Medical Imaging Technology.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in medical imaging.
* Proven experience operating X-ray, CT Scan, and MRI equipment.
* Valid professional license/registration where applicable.
* Strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient protection.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
* Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
* Ability to work professionally in a busy hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform X-ray, CT Scan, and MRI examinations according to physician requests and established protocols.
* Prepare and position patients correctly for imaging procedures.
* Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
* Apply appropriate radiation-safety procedures during X-ray and CT examinations.
* Follow MRI safety protocols, including screening patients for contraindications.
* Ensure high-quality diagnostic images are obtained for radiologists and physicians.
* Maintain accurate patient and imaging records.
* Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to any complications.
* Perform routine equipment checks and report technical problems promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the imaging department.
* Work closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff.
* Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards at all times
