Position: Odoo Trainer (Part-Time)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Odoo Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Odoo ERP system, strong instructional abilities, and a passion for teaching. As a trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training programs that enable individuals and organizations to effectively utilize Odoo for their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Course Development: Create and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and real-world case studies, tailored to diverse professional audiences.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, focusing on various Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess participants' progress through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their improvement.
  • Customization: Modify training content to meet the specific needs and goals of different groups or individuals.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants to ensure the application of learned skills in their professional environments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest Odoo features, tools, and best practices and incorporate them into the training programs.

Skills and qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Odoo ERP, including practical application in professional settings.
  • Previous experience in training, teaching, or coaching, preferably in a technical or professional development context.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions.
  • Proficiency with online training tools and platforms is a plus.
  • A degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
