The Role
We are seeking a Product Lead to drive the development of our new agtech product for
farmers. This role is perfect for a leader who understands the agricultural landscape and can
translate the needs of the community into a practical digital tool.
You will guide what we build, ensuring it remains simple, practical, and focused on solving real
problems for farmers. At the same time, you will represent the product in the professional space,
building the partnerships needed to scale our impact locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead Product Direction: Define the priorities and roadmap for our new agtech product
to ensure it meets market needs.
● Field Engagement: Spend time directly with farmers to understand their daily
challenges, goals, and feedback.
● Coordination: Translate farmer needs into clear requirements and coordinate closely
with the engineering team to bring features to life.
● Strategic Partnerships: Identify and manage relationships with local stakeholders and
international organizations to support the product's growth.
● Implementation Oversight: Ensure the product remains practical and easy to use for
farmers, regardless of their technical background.

Agricultural Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the agriculture sector or
working directly with farming communities.
● Sector Knowledge: A strong understanding of farming practices, the challenges
farmers face and modern smart farming approaches.
● Product Thinking: The ability to bridge the gap between agriculture and technology by
translating real-world farming challenges into simple, practical digital solutions.
● Partnership Management: Proven ability to communicate and build professional
relationships with diverse partners.
● Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills and a focus on creating field-based
solutions.
● Communication: Excellent written and spoken English for reporting, documentation,
and international collaboration.
● Teamwork: The ability to work effectively within a small, fast-paced team environment.
