Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing both digital and traditional marketing strategies. This role requires a creative and analytical professional who can attract new clients, strengthen brand awareness, and effectively manage the marketing department to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, online ads, email marketing).
• Oversee traditional marketing activities (TV, radio, print, outdoor advertising, events, promotions).
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Build and strengthen the company’s brand presence in the market.
• Manage and lead the marketing team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue targets.
• Develop partnerships and promotional opportunities to expand market reach.
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and communication across all platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in marketing, with proven success in both digital and traditional marketing.
• Strong experience in client acquisition and market expansion strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a marketing department.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels and execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in retail or electronics sector is an added advantage.
