Aleel Real Estate is seeking a qualified and proactive Procurement Officer to oversee the
procurement of goods, materials, equipment, and services required for company operations and
projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient purchasing processes,
cost control, and timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
 Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and service providers to obtain the best value
in terms of quality, price, delivery timelines, and service standards.
 Process purchase requests, obtain quotations from multiple vendors, prepare purchase orders,
and ensure all procurement activities are completed in accordance with company policies.
 Coordinate the timely procurement and delivery of construction materials and other resources
required for ongoing projects and daily operations.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor their performance, and
resolve any issues related to quality, delivery delays, or contractual obligations.
 Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, purchase orders, contracts,
invoices, and other relevant documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
 Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock
availability while preventing shortages or excess inventory.
 Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, compare pricing trends, and recommend
cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project requirements.
 Work closely with project teams, finance, and department managers to understand
procurement needs, plan purchases, and ensure budgets are effectively managed.
 Track and follow up on supplier deliveries to ensure purchased goods and services are
received on time and meet the required specifications and standards.
 Prepare regular procurement reports, supplier evaluations, and expenditure analyses to
support management decision-making and improve procurement efficiency.

Skills and qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements
 Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or
a related field.
 Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
management.
 Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
 Good knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and inventory control.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
 Experience in the real estate, construction, or property development sector is an added
advantage.
