Salesperson

Hafide Co is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Contract-Based Sales Representative to join our team. As a Contract-Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new small business customers for Hafide's all-in-one business financial platform. You will work closely with the marketing team to generate leads, build and manage a pipeline, and close deals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and develop a sales strategy to effectively reach out to them
• Build and maintain relationships with small businesses and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Drive sales by effectively communicating the value and benefits of Hafide's platform to potential customers
• Collaborate with the cofounders to develop sales collateral, such as presentations and sales materials
• Provide regular feedback to the product and development teams on customer needs and preferences
• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and provide recommendations to improve the sales strategy and product offerings
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial technology industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Experience working with startups or entrepreneurial by nature
