Position Overview

We are seeking a Finance Assistant Intern to support our finance team in managing financial operations. This role is essential for assisting with accurate financial reporting and coordination of financial activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

●        Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

●        Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

●        Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

●        Help with accounts payable and receivable processes.

●        Conduct financial analysis and assist with audits.

●        Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance.

●        Participate in financial planning and strategy sessions.

●        Utilize QuickBooks and Odoo for financial management and reporting.

Qualifications

●        Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

●        Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

●        Basic knowledge of financial principles and accounting software.

●        Proficiency in QuickBooks and Odoo is required.

●        Excellent communication and organizational skills.

●        Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

●        Proficiency in MS Excel and other Office applications.
