Job Description:

• Establishing and implementing company policies from recruitment to end of service.
• Recruiting for vacant positions and conducting orientations for new hires.
• Disciplining employees and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Planning employee leave and coordinating with department heads to schedule effectively.
• Implementing internal HR systems such as monthly evaluations and appraisals.
• Documenting and maintaining databases, including contracts, annual leave, suspensions, and warnings.
• Analyzing reports from department heads.
• Reviewing operational budgets and implementing the best internal controls.
• Monitoring employee deployment, ensuring everyone is in the correct location and adhering to hygiene and uniform standards.
• Planning departmental training sessions.
• Conducting weekly meetings and reporting agendas to the general manager.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in the Hotel HR and Operations department.
• Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.
• Must be over 30 years old.
• Ability to work two shifts with breaks.
