Job Description

Position:Credit Department:Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

· Process and review credit application forms submitted by clients and customers

· Avail credit agreements and ensure all supporting documentation is accurate and complete

· Submit finalized documents to the team leader for review and forwarding

· Maintain well-organized digital and physical records of all credit-related documentation

· Communicate with customers to collect missing information or clarify application details

· Update internal systems with application status under the guidance of the team leader

· Read, monitor, and respond to customer comments and inquiries on social media platforms in a professional and timely manner

· Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company credit procedures and instructions    from the team leader

· Provide administrative support to the credit team, as directed by the team leader

Skills and qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a degree in Administration or a related field; additional certification in Office Administration or Business is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with basic recordkeeping and data entry systems.
  • Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is highly desirable, especially in retail or credit-processing environments.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively under the guidance of a team leader.

Excellent Communication Skills

  • Clear speech, strong diction, and a pleasant speaking voice.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Charismatic, confident, and engaging presence on video.
  • Media training and customer relations experience are valued but not mandatory.
