تعلن لجنة أفريقيا للإغاثة عن توفر فرصة وظيفية وفق التفاصيل التالية:

The Africa Relief Committee is pleased to announce the following job opportunity:

Position Title: Architectural Engineer
Location: Africa Relief Committee – Hargeisa
Reporting to: Head of Project Management department
Application Deadline: 14 days after the date of this announcement.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

●      بكالوريوس هندسة معمارية أو ما يعادلها.

●      العمر بين 22 و35 سنة.

●      إجادة استخدام الأنظمة المعمارية.

●      إجادة الكتابة والتحدث باللغة العربية والصومالية.

الخبرات

●      خبرة عملية ما بين سنتين إلى ستة سنوات في مجال

المهارات المطلوبة

●      إجادة الرسم وعمل المخططات الهندسية , 2D 3D لجميع عناصر المنشآت (Front view, Side view, Sections, Isometric view plans).

●      إجادة العمل على برنامج الاوتوكاد والريفيت المعماري (أو ما يماثله).

●      إجادة أعمال الحصر وحساب الكميات وكتابة العقود وعمل المستخلصات.

●      القدرة على إدارة موقع العمل والمتابعة الهندسية للمقاولين.

●      الكفاءة في العمل تحت ضغط مع الالتزام بالدقة والسرعة.

●      مهارات تنظيم الوقت والتواصل الفعّال مع المقاولين والإدارة.

●      شهادة المؤهل الأكاديمي.

●      شهادات الدورات التدريبية ذات الصلة.

Qualifications

●        Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.

●        Age between 22 and 35 years.

●        Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software.

●        Proficient in spoken and written Arabic and Somali Languages.

Experience

●       Practical experience ranging from two to six years in the field

 Required Skills

· Proficiency in drafting and preparing 2D and 3D engineering drawings for all structural elements (Front View, Side View, Sections, Isometric Views, and Plans).

· Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Architectural Revit (or equivalent software).

· Proficiency in quantity surveying, quantity take-offs, contract preparation, and preparing payment certificates (progress claims).

· Ability to manage construction sites and supervise contractors from an engineering perspective.

· Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and speed.

· Strong time management and effective communication skills with contractors and management.
