Abaarso Web Design is looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer who is comfortable with both front and back-end programming. As a Full-Stack Developer, you are responsible for developing and designing front-end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside website designers for web design features, among other duties. You'll be working alongside the Managing Director to develop web applications for our clients.

Full-Stack Developer duties & responsibilities:

- Developing front-end website architecture.

- Designing user interactions on web pages.

- Developing back-end website applications.

- Creating servers and databases for functionality.

- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.

- Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues

- Working alongside web designers for web design features.

- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.

- Designing and developing APIs.

- Meeting both technical and consumer needs.

- Staying up to date on developments in web applications and programming languages.

- Bachelor of Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or 2 years of work equivalent

- Solid knowledge of fundamental frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.

- Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Java, NodeJs, PHP, and C#.

- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail.

Preferred candidates:

- At least 2 years of experience building real-world web applications.

- Honest, respectful, and able to work with a team and individually.

- Ability to meet deadlines.

- Experience working remotely and using communication tools (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.) to communicate with the team.

- Willing to learn new skills both technical and non-technical
