Sales and Marketing Manager

A sales and marketing manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans to maximize sales revenue. The sales and marketing manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.

As a Sales and Marketing manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors' products and services.

Sales And Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:

1. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new services to the market.
2. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
3. Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by selecting, training, and coaching sales and marketing team to meet sales/marketing objectives
4. Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions to achieve its goals
5. Prepares Marketing and Sales strategies and supervise completion of marketing action plans.
6. Conducting extensive research on competitors' services.
7. Meets marketing and sales targets by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
8. Reviews sales and marketing team actual performance to their targets
9. Maintaining a healthy relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
10. Creating and overseeing marketing/service awareness campaigns and implementing new sales plans and advertising to attract new customers
11. Plan special campaigns to increase customer base and comes up with an idea to integrate company services
12. Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
13. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
14. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
15. Provides information by collecting, investigating, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
16. Staying current in the industry by attending business opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
17. Works closely with other company units and departments to achieve their objectives
18. Directly reports to Business Development director

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
