Job description
Graphic Design:
Develop creative concepts and design high-quality visuals for print and digital media, including book covers, marketing materials, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content.
Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and compelling visual storytelling.
Manage the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring all projects meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies.
Oversee the work of junior designers, providing guidance and ensuring consistency in design across all platforms.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Hiil Press’s publications and brand.
Manage and optimize social media accounts, creating engaging content to grow followers and increase engagement.
Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to improve results.
Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and partners to expand Hiil Press's digital reach.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
Skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, paid advertising, and email marketing.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
