- Business Strategy & Analysis
- Professional Customer Service
- MS Excel Skills (Intermediate & Advanced)
- GIS (Geographic Information Systems) (Intermediate & Advanced)
- Data Analysis
- Cybersecurity
Skills and qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree and above levels in a relevant field (Prefer Masters degree & Phd)
- Excellent Professional track record with at least 3 years of experience in the NGO or Private Sector working in the field mentioned above.
- High interpersonal skills with a strong analytical approach in problem solving & management
- Ability to teach and transfer skills
- Excellent Proficiency in English & Somali Languages
