Admas University officially started its service in 2006 as the first private institute in Hargeisa, Somaliland. Initially the university was mainly providing social science field of studies for undergraduate programs but now it has diversified all fields of studies.  The university is symbolized for quality education assured by the Ministry of Education of Ethiopia through the Education and Training Authority (ETA). 

Job Title: Multimedia Officer (Video and Photographer, Digital Marketer, Graphic Designer)

Job Summary:

Admas University in Hargeisa Somaliland is seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and producing multimedia content, including but not limited to video production, photography, graphic design, and digital marketing. The successful candidate must have a strong creative vision and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, website, and other promotional materials.
2. Create visually stunning photographs that communicate the University's vision and mission to various stakeholders.
3. Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
4. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote the University's brand and increase its visibility.
5. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop multimedia content that communicates the University's message effectively.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in multimedia production, graphic design, and digital marketing.
7. Manage the University's multimedia assets, including video and photo archives.

1. Bachelor's degree in ICT, media, multimedia production, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia production, graphic design, and digital marketing.
3. Excellent knowledge of video production, from planning to execution.
4. Strong photography skills and experience in photo editing software.
5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
6. Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and Google AdWords.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
10. Knowledge of Somaliland's culture, society, and education system is a plus.
11. Any other responsibilities assigned by the superiors
