Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time HR Officer to manage essential human resource functions, support
staff operations, and help maintain a structured and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
 Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
 Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate coordination
 Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
 Track attendance, leave records, and basic staff performance
 Ensure compliance with company policies and standard HR practices

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
 Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage
 Strong organizational and communication skills
 Ability to handle confidential information professionally
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
