Job Description

Tropical Institute is a professional English School that aims to equip graduate students with language skills and demand-driven competencies. The school is seeking Full Time and Part Time native English teachers who are qualified and talented ESL teachers and actively engage students in meaningful and relevant learning.

Teachers are needed to create a supportive learning environment which help the students meet their learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, teachers will teach the different skills of English language: reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Teachers’ Responsibilities

Teach lessons that actively engage students in learning;
Execute lessons effectively using different styles of teaching;
Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere;
Facilitate an ideal English Language Learning environment
Organize integrated English Language learning approaches;
Produce context based English language learning resources
Facilitate learner centered teaching approaches and techniques
Evaluate students’ performance and progress

Skills and qualifications

Bachelor degree in English;
Minimum four years of teaching English experience;
Must be a native English teacher with CELTA or other English international Teaching Certificates;
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent Command of English Language( Written and spoken English)
