Job Description

We are looking to employ four Intern English speaking female teachers with an outstanding track record of teaching speaking English lessons for adult students who are native. The speaking English teachers will be responsible for the teaching of speaking practice activities.

To ensure success as an English teacher, the candidates must be qualified in English. The English teachers must possess a pleasant disposition that will enhance the learning process. Ultimately, outstanding English teachers should engage students in meaningful and fun activities, creating an environment conducive to learning.

English teacher responsibilities

·         To give students practice of English language items– a language practice aim.

·         To develop students' ability to speak fluently and interactively – a speaking fluency aim.

English teacher required skills

• Excellent verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
• Ability to plan, organize, and deliver effective lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative as needed.
• Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing student needs and classroom dynamics.

• Degree or diploma in English, Education, or a related field.
• State teaching certification or licensure
• Minimum of one year of experience teaching English
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in English education.
• Familiarity with state standards for English education
• Strong commitment to professional growth and development.
