A fabulous position has become available for a Real Estate Agent to join the largest and the most successful Real Estate Agent in Somaliland, Kaabsan Real Estate.

This quality brand is part of the Kaabsan and the Telesom Group and it has a strong real estate agency division, along with being experts in construction.

Due to growth of the company, they’re in need of a dedicated Real Estate Agent to join their vibrant team.

The successful Real Estate Agent will have experience in a similar role and have excellent communication and customer care skills.

Within this role, the Real Estate Agent will be responsible for offering an amazing service to our clients whilst supporting management and other team members. His/her job will be to type up property details, contracts, diary management, answering the phone, general day-to-day sales such as qualifying prospective clients, registering and then carrying out viewings of properties with client.

As a Real Estate Agent, a natural ability to multi task, manage a broad workload and have meticulous attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate loyal relationships with investors & buyers, and help improve their customer journey and reach their real estate goals
• Qualify and register onto the system all prospects
• Book viewings and ensure you meet all weekly activity targets
• Show properties and paint the vision for what the property will become
• Adhere to behavioural goals and targets
• Meet sales and performance targets
• Adhere to the company dress code
• Be positive and ensure you deliver the morning calls and bookings
• Listen to customers proactively and aim to meet their needs
• Follow up on clients
• Progress all sales and ensure all paperwork is in order
• Be punctual and be prepared for the morning meeting
• Cold call and door knock for leads
• Seek referrals and recommendation from each viewer
• Adhering to requests from direct management

• Previous Estate Agent Sales or Sales and Marketing experience is preferred
• Accurate typing and PC skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to multi task and be highly organised
• Experience with dealing with customers
• Degree educated
• Good communication skills in Somali and English, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong numeracy and organizational skills
• Valid driving licence
• Ideally to have his/her own car
