SALES MANAGER – SKIN & HAIR CLINIC
Location: Hargeisa, Somaliland

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Nurse to join our aesthetic clinic team. The Nurse will be responsible for assisting doctors during cosmetic and dermatological procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting the overall delivery of high-quality aesthetic treatments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Drive sales of skin, hair, aesthetic, and treatment packages.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
* Improve consultation-to-treatment conversion rates and client retention.
* Monitor sales performance, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with marketing and clinic teams to generate and convert leads.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
* Ensure exceptional customer experience and ethical sales practices.
* Present performance updates and action plans to management.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.

* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
* 5–8 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
* Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, healthcare, wellness, or premium retail is preferred.
