Job Mission
The District Relationship Manager leads and manages all banking operations within the assigned district, ensuring strategic alignment with organisational goals. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing branch performance, resource optimisation, customer relationship enhancement, and compliance with policies and procedures. District Relationship Manager plays a vital role in branch expansion strategy, financial mobilisation, and employee performance development.
Skills and qualifications
Qualification:
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Eight (8) years for Master's, Ten(10) years for bachelors of demonstrated experience out of which four (2) years in a Managerial position of branch operation area.
- IFB Certification is Mandatory
