Job description
The post holder will provide technical support to construction staff under the supervision of the Project Manager, for TAJIR REAL ESTATE project in Jigjiga. Reviews designs, plans, and other technical documents oversee construction progress and scheduling, Monitors costs, and project progress, may assists in the development of schedule and cost estimates, produce timely reports on project progress. Supervising and reporting on the works of the subcontractors and more.
Skills and qualifications
- BA in Construction Technology Management or related field
- Five years experience in project management in notable construction projects
- Willingness to work in the location of the project site
- V. good Communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent project planning and reporting skills
- Problem-solving skill
- Good team player
- Ability to work under pressure
