- Perform diagnostic laboratory tests accurately and efficiently
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of results
- Maintain laboratory equipment and uphold safety standards
- Support clinical teams in patient diagnosis and treatment
Skills and qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality assurance, and patient safety
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
