Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Officerto lead and oversee projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will manage resources, timelines, and communication to ensure successful project outcomes, all while adhering to organizational goals and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring timelines, goals, and budgets are met.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, to define project scope and objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.

Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.

Manage resources and assign tasks to team members.

Identify and resolve issues or conflicts within the project.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, social science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven record of successful project delivery.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools e.g., Microsoft Project, other necessary of Computer Applications

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
