Kalkaal Maternity Care Organization is pleased to announce job openings for qualified and motivated individuals to join our team at the 
Kalkaal Maternity Care Refferal Health Centre in Awrboogs** and our office in Las Anod
1. Project Manager ()**
 Duty Station:* Kalkaal Maternity Care Office in – Las Anod
 *Key Responsibilities:
   Fundraising & Proposal Writing: Design and draft comprehensive project proposals, concept notes, logical frameworks (LogFrames), and technical/financial proposals for donors and UN agencies.
   Operations & Oversight:
Oversee and manage hospital operations, healthcare facilities, and coordinate with field medical teams to gather impact data.
   Reporting:Draft accurate periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and track KPIs in strict alignment with donor regulations.

Skills and qualifications

 Required Skills:
   Leadership:Lead multidisciplinary teams, guide medical staff, and manage crisis situations under pressure.
   Strategic & Analytical:Strong time management, priority-setting, and problem-solving abilities for operational and proposal deadlines.
   Communication:Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with donors, partners, and government bodies.
 Qualifications & Requirements:**
   Education:** Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP/PMD Pro is a plus).
   Experience:3 to 5 years in health sector project management/hospital supervision, with a proven track record in successful proposal writing and fundraising.
   *Languages:Full professional proficiency in both English and Somali (written and spoken).
