Somali-Sudanese Specialized Hospital is a General Hospital, funded by Somali business elites to meet the needs of Somali people in health care services. it has been providing health care services in Somalia since 2014. The headquarter of the hospital is at Hodan district, whereby the hospital runs four branches in the other districts in Mogadishu. The hospital covered almost a huge gap in the health care sector in Somalia, that many Somali citizens needed to go abroad for healthcare needs. Job Descriptions 

Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks

Preparing reports for management on the company’s financial status to make important decisions about future investments or budgets accordingly

Reviewing departmental budget and managing internal controls.

Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.

Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel Set up and oversee the company’s finance ODDO system.

Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc).

Oversee all financial related activities and internal control operations.

Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors.

Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on Monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to Chief Operation Officer.

Receive daily report on hospital billing.

Develop hospital payment plan on monthly basis.

Payroll review and finalize payment transaction.

Deal with hospital suppliers and set payment deadline.

Generating reports and analysis to assist in decision making.

Managing banking relations, cash management and treasury related activities.

Providing oversight on tax, internal control and audit related matters.

Establish annual financial goals and actively uses bench marking to high performing systems.

Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
