Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architecture Engineer with at least 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and construction project management. The candidate will be responsible for creating designs, reviewing plans, and ensuring that construction projects meet both technical and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and design architectural drawings and layouts.
Supervise construction projects to ensure design implementation.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
Prepare reports, cost estimates, and timelines.
Provide innovative solutions for design challenges.
Apply the latest tools and software for interior and exterior design, including home design visualization.
Skills and qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architectural design and construction supervision.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, and other modern design tools.
Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and modern construction practices.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Applicants must attach a professional portfolio with at least 3 completed architectural projects.
Candidates must also include a CV link to their digital portfolio for easier shortlisting.
