We are seeking a talented Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. The role involves designing creative interior spaces, working closely with clients, and delivering high-quality projects.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Understanding and outlining client design objectives and requirements 
* Developing creative concepts and sketching design plans 
* Preparing detailed design drawings and presentations 
* Creating mood boards and visual concepts to communicate design ideas 
* Selecting and sourcing materials, finishes, furniture, and products 
* Conducting site visits and inspecting completed designs to ensure quality and client satisfaction

𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Strong creativity and attention to detail 
* Excellent communication and presentation skills 
* Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
* Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field 
* Minimum 3 years’ experience with Strong design portfolio 
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, D5, or similar 
* Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is an advantage 
* Strong communication and creative skills
