Position: 3 Marketing Staff (Female & Male)

Location: Mogadishu, Somalia

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

•Ability to work plan and the strategies

•Knowledge about Travel Agencies and Aviation

• Experience in Marketing or Sales is a plus

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Knowledge of Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Good in Direct Marketing

• Responsible, honest, and organized

• Energetic and target-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Promote and market the company’s services

• Identify and attract new customers

• Conduct direct and online marketing activities

• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups

• Achieve monthly marketing targets

•Follow the plan and the strategies.

 • Find and attract new clients for ticketing, visa, cargo, and travel services

•Explain travel packages, flight offers, cargo rates, and company services clearly

•Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
