Overview:
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in strategic decision-making and provides insights to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
2. Reporting:
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organization can meet its obligations.
- Develop strategies to optimize cash management and investment opportunities.
4. Cost Control:
- Analyze costs and implement cost-saving measures to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor expenses and improve financial efficiency.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Strategic Support:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
