Position: Human Resources Manager
Reports to/Title of immediate
Supervisor: Head of Human Resources
Department: Human Resources and Administration
Location: Mogadishu, Somalia (or any place of business to be determined by the bank)
Main Responsibility of the Job
- The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for the operational delivery of HR services and support to staff in specific areas.
- The Manager, Human Resources will work with Heads of Departments and staff, to identify, develop and implement solutions across a range of HR functions including, workforce planning and skill gap analysis, organizational structuring/development and staff development.
- Further the position is responsible for designing the talent and training strategy, manage recruitment process and staff career progression.
- He plays a significant role in developing Man power plans and budget,
- The Manager, Human Resources in partnership with IBS Bank’s senior managers generates key change management strategies and services to improve staff and business performance.
- He implements management decisions efficiently and effectively and ensures compliance to HR procedures.
- The job has a significant contribution to the development and sustenance of an appropriate working culture that fosters high performance and the existence of a conducive working environment for the staff.
