    Mogadishu Specialist Hospital is looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes with strong recruiting experience, HR manager who can provide medical staff with a good development platform and a comfortable working environment, provide them with the labor remuneration they deserve, formulate corresponding job preparation plans, investigate and evaluate the professional abilities and work abilities of medical personnel, and ensure that the introduced talents can adapt to the pace of development of the hospital, thereby attracting more outstanding talents and expanding the talent team. Human Resource manager will ensure that all the related systems required are met in a timely manner.

    HR Manager Responsibilities Required

    • Providing clear communication between Mogadishu Specialist Hospital and its employees regarding their condition of employment. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall strategy
    • Forming a basis for treating all employees fairly and equally.
    • Setting and managing employee expectations.
    • Manage the recruitment of private healthcare institution workforce and selection process of Specialists, types of healthcare medic providers, types of Nurses and other Independent Healthcare institution Professionals, Allied medic Professionals and subordinate staffs
    • Develop human Recourse Policies for Mogadishu Specialist Hospital
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Mogadishu Specialized Hospital
    • Nurture a positive working health institutions environment
    • Advanced human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
    • Enforced management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies I.e (code of conduct policy, drug and alcohol policy, safety and healthy policy, safety and security policy, recruitment policy, Sexual Harassment policy).
    • Retained historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

    • Develop an employment payment plan based on local and foreign
    • Create an employee benefits package for different employee groups, including on-site employees
    • Prepare payroll budgets and implement pay structure revisions
    • Help form attractive employee compensation and benefits program
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
    • Good IN computer skills on MS Office programmers’ especially in MS Excel, MS word, MS PowerPoint, outlook and other packages.
    • Develop employee database

     

    Skills and Qualifications

    Master/Bachelors Degree in Human resource labor relations institutional development and relevant work experience may be substitute

    Plus 4+ years of experience driving results in the human resources field

    Effective verbal and written communication skills

    Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive for 4 years Well oriented and results driven

    Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and database

    Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

    Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

    Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the institutions

    In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

    Qualities of HR manager required

    • Proven working experience as HR Manager CV/testimonials
    • Oriented and results driven
    • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
