Job description
As a UI/UX Designer at Suubbis, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure our products are both visually stunning and highly functional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, create wireframes, and develop user journey maps.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
- Create visually appealing and consistent UI elements, including icons, buttons, and layouts.
- Ensure designs meet brand standards and create a cohesive visual experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended user experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Skills and qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
